Secretly recording someone during sex is a crime in most states. If they share the video, publishing it without your consent is also a federal crime under the TAKE IT DOWN Act. You can ask platforms to remove it, report it to the police, and sue the person who shared it in federal court under 15 U.S.C. § 6851.

Leave it where it is, photograph its location, and call the police. Removing it yourself can damage evidence. If you are staying somewhere, leave if you feel unsafe and report it to the host or booking company as well. How do I get my images removed from Google or Bing search results?

Accepted Answer

Both search engines have free forms for this. Google lets you request removal of explicit or intimate images of you shared without consent, and has a separate form for fake explicit images. Microsoft’s form covers Bing. You will need the links to the pages or images. Removing a search result does not delete the image from the website itself, so also send a takedown request to the site where it is posted.
